Company History
Formed in 2024, OSC Technical Solutions builds on more than 15 years of experience within the Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) enterprise supporting Department of Energy and nuclear missions. Our organization brings forward a deep bench of professionals with firsthand knowledge of the regulatory, operational, and security demands inherent in high-consequence environments.
Our teams have operated inside complex federal and critical-infrastructure programs where compliance, safety, cybersecurity, records integrity, and system reliability are inseparable from mission success. This institutional experience—combined with an engineering-led delivery model—enables OSC Technical Solutions to design, secure, and operate digital and operational systems that perform reliably across long-duration, highly regulated programs.
